Those entrants of the 2014 International Competition and Assessment for Schools (ICAS) Science, English and Mathematics who were unsuccessful in their attempts to register online are requested to send via courier the original deposit slips containing the following:

• Name of the Event (Science, English or Mathematics)
• Name of Participants,
• Name of School,
• Grade/Year Level (SY 2014-15),
• and Contact Number.

Please send the deposit slip on or before April 30, 2014 to this address:

Note: PBOSF accepts only deposit slips where payments made on or before April 30, 2014. Online registration will be closed after the deadline.

Moreover, the deposit slips will justify the inclusion of the names of entrants in the database of 2014 ICAS, making them official participants.  The complete lists of participants will be posted in this website on May 21, 2014.
